The CoCo Key Water Resort is a medium-sized indoor waterpark themed to 1930's-era Key West. It features two body slides, the Barracuda Blast and Pelican Plunge (both 2-person raft slides), a lazy river, and an indoor/outdoor spa. It also offers the Parrot's Perch interactive play center with small slides and a tipping bucket. Younger children will enjoy the "Dip-In Theatre," a shallow pool with a constant display of movies and cartoons. In addition to the indoor water park, CoCo Key includes a video arcade and party rooms.
The Crowne Plaza hotel offers 257 guest rooms, meeting facilities, function rooms, a fitness room, and a restaurant.
