Wild Woods Overview:

Wild Woods Indoor Water Park at the Elk River/Rogers Holiday Inn models itself after the old river towns of yesteryear. It's a relatively small park at 30,000 square feet, but with three four-story water slides--including the swirling Prospector's Pan--an old-fashioned Log Walk, a lazy river, the toddler-friendly Buddy’s Playland, a 20 person spa with waterfall, and the only Vortex pool in Minnesota, the park still manages to provide a decent amount of splash for your cash. For those considering the park as a celebration destination, comprehensive party packages are also available.

Friday nights in October will see Wild Woods turned into a Haunted Hotel with hosted festivities. The water park will represent a pirate ship (complete with Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator), and feature a magician, DJ, scary movies, and host disgusting food specials in the wooded cemetery lounge.

The hotel itself offers standard rooms and various suite options, as well as an on-site restaurant, bar/lounge, fitness center, and the Gold Rush Arcade with two ATV Track simulators, Golden Tee, car racing games, Air Hockey, and much more.
