Six Flags Over Georgia Overview:

The highly popular Six Flags park has a wonderful collection of rides and coasters that includes everything from traditional woodies to a bone-rattling hypercoaster. But Six Flags Over Georgia isn't just about the thrills; it also has plenty of attractions for those without ice water in their veins, including a rafting adventure on Thunder River and even a classic carousel.

While Six Flags Over Georgia doesn't include a full-featured water park like some of the other Six Flags properties, it does offer the flashy, splashy delights of Skull Island. Featuring six water slides, three giant water-dumping towers, and hundreds of interactive water elements, Skull Island is more than suited for those who wish to get suited (bathing suited, that is).

As with all Six Flags parks, Six Flags Over Georgia offers Fright Fest. The annual Halloween celebration includes haunted mazes, special shows, and other features to mark the holiday.
