The property has not released details about rides and attractions, but at 55,00 sq. ft., it will likely include body slides, tube slides, a lazy river, wave pool, activity pool, interactive water play structure with dump bucket, a whirlpool spa, and kids pool.

Manchester Marriott at the Pines Waterpark and Spa Overview:
According to info released by the developers, the Manchester Marriott at the Pines will offer a medium-sized indoor water park. The resort will be themed as an Adirondack lodge. The property has not released details about most of the rides and attractions but it will offer an interactive water play center with a dump bucket and probably include other features typically found at indoor water parks, such as water slides and a lazy river. In addition to the water park, the property will offer over 267 hotel rooms, including standard rooms, family suites, and villas. It will also feature meeting facilities, a spa, a salon, a fitness facility, and a full-service restaurant.
