The Wild Waterdome indoor water park features a special translucent roof that allows sun in and tanning year round. In addition to the water slides and usual waterpark suspects, the indoor park also offers a FlowRider surfing attraction and a massive Tornado funnel ride.
Besides the indoor water park and the Salamander Springs outdoor water park, the Wilderness at the Smokies Resort offers hotel rooms and suites as well as river lodge cabins. Condominium residences--of the studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom variety--are available for purchase as well as for overnight accommodations. The resort also offers a fully-equipped fitness center, arcade, restaurants, retail shops, and two 18-hole golf courses.
