Unlike the rectangular two- or four-passenger rafts used by most water coasters,
Mammoth will use new six-passenger circular rafts. With an extra-wide flume, the circular rafts will be able to spin freely as they navigate the course. It's likely that riders will therefore face forwards and backwards at different points in the ride.
Instead of having to climb up stairs, Mammoth's passengers will climb into the rafts at a ground-level loading station, and a conveyor belt will whisk them up to begin the ride.
